Since I had the "collection", I knew that I had to use them in something.

I had a muslin purse that I purchased at
acornercottage.net/
I decided to put my "collection" on the purse.
If you want to know what the items are in the collection go to
www.fromgentogen.com/873
I gathered my supplies: ribbon, needle, thread, scissors

First cut your ribbon, and then draw a Place the ribbon piece by
line where you want the "fringe" to hang. piece on the line and stitch across.
Knot the ribbons across the purse. Add more rows of ribbon,
depending on how full you would like the "fringe".
I added two rows.
Glue your Treasures to the ribbon.....
I wish that I could see yours and hear the story your purse tells....
Blessings, Becky

Hi Becky –
This is a great idea, I’ve never seen anything like it. I think it would double as a great way to entertain kids when you’re at the store. I love the story about the family door…it made me a litte misty-eyed too Thanks for stopping by my blog – Take care.
How adorable!
Very cool!

You beat to the punch I was heading over to say how much I like what you did to the purse. It is truly unique, great inspiration on your part. It reminds me of my Aunt who always wore charm bracelets. I was always fascinated by what was on the dangling chains. This is so cute, and for sharing us how. Wishing you a great Thanksgiving and thanks so much for sharing at Sunday’s Best.
Gorgeous!! Would love for you to share this and other projects at our Shine on Friday party.
Thank you for the invitation, Kara…Will see you….Blessings, Becky
