QUEEN of GLITTER

I walked into our Sixth Grade Sunday School Class as two adorables
(don't tell them I said that--
Remember Jr. High...
the boys are struggling with their
Mothers hugging and kissing them good-by around their friends)

were sharing their mental prowess with each other.

The others sat as quiet as church mice.
(Time to re-direct)
I interjected:  "I'm the Glitter Queen."

DEAD SILENCE
What do you mean?

"I'm the Glitter Queen."
???????

You were talking about how good you are--
"I'm good at Glittering."
SOOOOOOO?????
Well---I began asking the others what they were good at--
THEY were no longer silent.....
Begin Lesson....

Later, I began thinking about that--
I mean, GLITTER....

This is the year of Glitter--
We have Glitter all over the house--even the dog & cat have glitter noses.
You get the picture.....

You know that I like to find the unusual to hold my treasures--

acornercottage.net/
has this cute empty glass ornament that I decided to use to hold an ornament.

Too plain--
Needs some Sparkle for a snow ornament!
So......
The Glitter came out......

I used Tacky Glue              Just glue where you          Make a pile of
Seems to work better               want the glitter..              glitter and go for it....

I like the way light shines through the ornament..
So...I decided to Glitter a tea-lite to place inside.

Bristle brushes work well               Cover                              GLITTER

There is a Make-It--Take--It area at the shoppe.
Here are a few of the Glittered Creativity--Stars--Stripes--Swirls

It's Great to be a GLITTER QUEEN..
